Park participants over the age of 18 may click the online waiver button and fill out the ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT prior to coming to the park.
All park participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for their initial visit to the park. An ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT will be provided for the parent or legal guardian to execute in front of a Notary Public at a cost of $10.00. The waiver is valid for 1 year. NO EXCEPTIONS!
